I can barely put into words how excited I am right now. I have never cried over the election of a President, not even Bill Clinton and I LOVE Bill Clinton, but I was so excited that like you said Ali, the country looked beyond bigotry and fear to what could be and actually voted for Barack. Now the only thing I have to say is PRAY that we get to keep him for all 4 years! Pray for him and his family because they will need lots of prayers. I finally feel some HOPE when I think about the future of our country, Bush had beaten it out of me but I feel it again. Thank you Barack Obama for giving me that again!
YES! WE! CAN!!!
Peace!

YES WE DID!

I love you, Ohio.

I love you, Florida.

I love you, Pennsylvania.

I love you, Virginia.

I love you, Nevada.

I love you - America!

I'm so proud. I'm so excited. I'm so...exhausted.

The real work begins tomorrow. The real work gets even more real on January 20th.

Yes. We. Can.

Here is the link to some photos I took around Houston of Obama Murals:

Our country needed a change, and McCain was no enough of a change. We need new ideas, and that was Barack Obama.

It's a great day for our country, and on January 20, 2009 that change beings in the Oval Office, the country, and the world.
