So, Yvonne called me today.

Girl just had surgery yesterday to get a new kidney and she made sure she called us to thank us for helping on her blog and tell us she’s doing great.
Um. Hello? She’s barely been out of surgery over 24 hours. That’s an awesome woman.
She told me she loved us and that she’s feeling better already. She was down to 14% kidney function last week and she can already feel the difference the new kidney is making.
Some really amazing things happen in this world, y’all. One of them is Yvonne.

That’s awesome news! I’ve been following her blog and her progress updates. I can’t believe how well she’s doing already! I hope that Beth starts to feel better soon, too.
