Ok, so I’m Ali. Hi. Nice to meet you. I hope you’re wearing cute shoes.
I dig all things girly and pretty that smell good. Sparkly is always a plus. I like to shop. If I made more money I think I’d be in serious trouble. I just cleaned out my closet and gave away 7 trash bags full of clothes.
I spend a ridiculous amount of money on my hair. It’s my hair, ya know? And for whatever reason, it’s thinning. What the fuck? So, I don’t skimp. Cuz screw the bald look. I don’t want to end up running around looking like crazy Britney.
I work for a hosting company called The Planet where I blog my little heart out, develop creative for promotions, manage all creative for the marketing department and basically act the fool on a regular basis. It’s too much fun to be a job. My team is awesome. My company is awesome. Since I’m awesome, we all go together like peas and carrots. Or ramma lamma ding dong.
I’m addicted to HGTV and TLC. I love reading chick-lit and drinking wine. I have a love/hate relationship with food. Love to eat it, hate that my love causes me to look like a weeble-wobble. But I figure, you only live once. Eating my way through life makes me insanely happy so who the hell am I to deprive myself of pleasure?
Family and friends are extremely important to me. The only distinction between the two are that one was chosen for me and the other was my choice. Otherwise, same same.
I live with my boyfriend/husband Mike. I call him that because we are broke and can’t afford a wedding, but we might as well be married. He’s the greatest guy on earth and I have him. FACE, ladies.
Goals in life:
- To host a show on TLC giving make-overs to plus size ladies who think they aren’t beautiful.
- To write a novel or seven
- To be the queen of the internet
That last one is pretty much in the bag.
So, this is me in a nutshell. I’m crazy, but I’m fun. I love life and love the people in mine.
